To reach us, you can either turn on Chadwick Drive and take your first right toward Building 2.
Alternatively, you can turn at the light on Executive Center Drive, drive down the shopping promenade, take the roundabout to the third turn to the right and turn left toward Building 2 which is marked 7000 Executive Center Drive. Building 2 faces Franklin Road and is directly behind Burger-Fi.
Ms. Hunter has dedicated her professional career to representing employees involved in disputes within the workplace.
She is especially interested in workplace fairness and equality, and strives to serve the underserved in areas of workplace discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge. She has a special interest in equal pay cases, gender bias, marital-status discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and family leave cases. Ms. Hunter graduated from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, after obtaining her undergraduate degree in English Literature from DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind.
She was an associate in a boutique union-side labor and employment firm in Chicago before serving as an Assistant Attorney General in Illinois where she practiced in the Government Representation Bureau.
Ms. Hunter also served as a Group Publisher with M. Lee Smith Publishing, LLC., where she focused on publishing labor and employment manuals and special reports.
She has been actively involved in the private practice of law in Tennessee, focusing on employment discrimination on behalf of individuals. She practices in federal and courts, and before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Ms. Hunter represents employees in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and whistle-blower cases. She is especially interested in Family and Medical Leave Act and Pregnancy Discrimination Act cases, and she also negotiates severance packages and reviews non-competition covenants for terminated employees.
